La Remise de Diogène

This interactive installation features a collection of objects. Carefully arranged on cramped shelves, they spring to life without warning, producing an unlikely concert of mechanical music. At first glance, the installation resembles a forgotten flea market, where an array of items has long been gathering dust. But Diogenes' Shed is far from a museum where nothing moves and everything seems frozen for eternity…

Using a control panel, visitors are invited to set these trinkets in motion, suddenly transforming them into a mechanical orchestra. The hum of mixers, the percussion of wooden pieces, the clinking of antique dishes, and the flickering of lampshades: the dust settles, and a surprising music bursts forth!
