About the project
Alice! is an adaptation of Lewis Carroll's novels Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking-Glass, co-produced with the Théâtre du Trident. In the original text, Lewis Carroll critiques a hierarchical society filled with nonsensical rules.
This philosophical tale is a fertile ground for stage exploration, as well as an extraordinary opportunity to address the various forms of alienation in our modern society. Alice! serves as a plea for enchantment, resourcefulness, and the extraordinary power of imagination. Alice! was created in co-production with the Théâtre du Trident in November 2022.
